At New_ Public, I am Managing Director, responsible for identifying our next major bets—turning emerging ideas into strategies with teams capable of building new products and designing a system to make innovation repeatable, sustainable, and scalable.
Previously, I stood up our Public Spaces Incubator—a $3.6M international product partnership with public broadcasters across four countries—and led our Local Lab from inception through two pilot projects, building the team, shaping the product strategy, and landing the philanthropic funding that brought it to market in January 2026.
I have built product teams from scratch, personally led qualitative and quantitative research, facilitated multi-day international workshops, and designed experiences across multiple channels and touch points. I'm strongest where product strategy, design, research, and policy converge, especially in regulated or high-trust environments where the stakes of getting it wrong are real.
